The ACLS Humanities eBook (HEB) is a growing collection of over 4,400 eBooks of major importance in the Humanities. All parts of the world and all periods are included. The fields currently included in the database are Area Studies, Historical Studies, Art History, Literature, Political Science and Religion. 

 

 

Bloomsbury CollectionsBloomsbury
Bloomsbury Collections contains over 5,000 titles, featuring content from Bloomsbury’s latest research publications as well as a 100+ year legacy including Hart Publishing, Continuum, T&T Clark, Bristol Classical Press, Berg and The Arden Shakespeare. The Library currently subscribes to the Hart Collection only and has selected titles from the History Collection.

Cambridge Histories Online
The Cambridge Histories Online and offers access to the print editions published since the 1960s. It contains over 350 printed volumes published since 1960 covering different areas in history and is updated continuously with new volumes as soon as they are published.

Digital edition of The Eighteenth Century microfilm set, which includes every significant English-language and foreign-language title printed in the United Kingdom, along with many important works from the Americas, between 1701 and 1800.

EEBOEEBO: Early English Books Online (ProQuest)
Early English Books Online (EEBO) provides full-text images of almost all the books printed in England and her colonies from the beginning of printing to 1700 (about 125,000 titles). EEBO includes the items listed in Pollard & Redgrave's Short-Title Catalogue (1475-1640), Wing's Short-Title Catalogue (1641-1700), the Thomason Tracts (1640-1661), and additional supplementary materials.

The Humanities Digital Library is the open access library and catalogue for books published by the School of Advanced Study, University of London. A selection of ebook titles from the History collection is regularly added to the Catalogue.

Loeb Classical LibraryLoeb Classical Library
Digital edition of the Loeb Classical Library offering online access to important works of Greek and Latin literature alongside English translations.  
The digital library is normally updated twice a year, spring and fall, when new Loeb print books are published. The contents of the print books are mirrored in the digital library. Some formatting has necessarily changed for the digital environment, such as footnotes, but the page numbers and the substantive content are identical.

 

galeMaking of the Modern World (Gale)
MOMW brings together of 2 collections of primary source material in a single search. MOMW Part I draws on the Goldsmiths'-Kress Library of Economic Literature 1450-1850, with digital facsimile images on 61,000 works of literature on economic and business published from 1450 through 1850. MOMW Part II includes works published from 1851 through 1914. Full-text searching and Text-Mining on the more than 11 million pages is now possible within this vast collection of material on commerce, finance, social conditions, politics, industrialization, trade and transport.

This is a collection of subject-based research guides containing in-depth, high-level articles by scholars at the top of their field. The EUI Library subscribes to four subject collections: Economics & Finance, History, Law and Political Science. New titles are added to the collection every month.

The SpringerLink platform offers cross-searchable access to ebooks and e-journals published by Springer. Palgrave Macmillan imprints are included as well.  EUI access to Springer eBook collections is limited to seven subject collections, for titles published in specific copyright years.

 

 

Taylor & Francis EbooksTaylor & Francis eBooks
Taylor & Francis eBooks platform offers full-text access to ebooks in Humanities, Social Sciences and Law from Taylor & Francis Group and its associated imprints, including Routledge. Full-text access is limited to ebook titles purchased by the EUI.
