Research Skills

Every new term the Library organises information literacy sessions for new Researchers and Fellows.

For individual queries on the use of the Library's electronic resources, please contact one of the Information Specialists.

You can request an information literacy session on a topic not covered by the current schedule by sending an email to Serge Noiret.

Most of the Library Collections are on open shelving. See the Library Floorplans  to check shelf locations.

A small part of the collection is in storage. Use the 'place hold' button from the catalogue record to have delivered storage materials to the loan desk the next day.

Electronic Resources

All users must comply with the specific Terms of Use or License Agreement for the applicable electronic resource. Users are individually responsible for compliance with the terms of use.

Borrowing & Renewals

  • Maximum of 60 items at any one time
  • Renewal available up to twelve times, unless hold is placed on book
  • Users with overdue items are subject to fines
