Research Support Unit
The EUI’s Research Support Unit (RSU) offers the departments and their faculty advice on funding opportunities, support for funding applications, and professional management of externally funded projects, particularly but not exclusively EU funded ones. The unit also provides administrative services and communication support for key EUI research initiatives like the interdisciplinary clusters and CIVICA Work Package 6 (on research).
The unit is coordinated by the Dean of Research, Federico Romero, and links together staff members with different skills located across various services at the EUI.
All EUI faculty are invited to take advantage of available individual support by contacting the relevant RSU staff member for information and advice on funding possibilities. If there is interest, the RSU could also contribute to the training on research funding and applications offered to Early Stage Researchers by the departments, the Academic Service and the Max Weber Programme.
