EUI community welcomes new academic members

The EUI academic community is ready to welcome around 240 new members for the 2017/18 academic year.  

113 new researchers are expected for registration, including 19 Ph.D. researchers in Economics, 28 new Ph.D. researchers in History, 28 new Ph.D researchers and 11 LL.M. researchers in Law, and 27 Ph.D. researchers in the Political and Social Sciences department.

The Max Weber Programme will be joined by 64 Fellows while 12 Jean Monnet Fellows have been admitted to the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies.  

The newly launched School for Transnational Governance will host 18 Young Policy Leader Fellows over the course of 2017/18, while 31 Fernand Braudel Senior Fellows will spend time at the EUI, across the four departments. 

The newcomers represent a total of 52 countries from around the world.
