Welcome to Ashtanga Yoga

The teachers are Bella and Manu Rossi, two senior and highly experienced teachers authorized to teach by the Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysuru, India (KPJAYI).

The club offers occasional free classes and social events.
EUI members are welcome to join at any stage, regardless of their level.



Practical info

Each lesson lasts about 90 minutes, please make sure to arrive on time or slightly early. Come to the lesson well hydrated but with an empty stomach (no large meal for two hours prior to the lesson), it is better not to drink during the practice.
There are mats to borrow but please bring your own if you have one. 


Classes can be purchased in blocks at a reduced rate or as single lessons at a drop-in rate.

Who can join

The classes are open to all levels from complete beginners to established practitioners; the lessons are led by the teacher and are open to Mysore-style students who practice on their own at their own pace.
