Disclaimer on use of the material and processing of personal data by the EUI

By submitting my material for the EUI’s haiku competition, I understand that: 

1. by completing my submission, I accept and authorise the EUI to publish, reproduce and disseminate my haiku both online and in print. 
2. the EUI cannot be held responsible for any further use of my published haiku by third parties. 
3.  by completing my submission, I consent to the processing of the following categories of personal data: full name and EUI status. I understand that those data will be processed only by the members of the organising committee for the purposes of managing the submissions; no personal data will be transferred to the jury, which will receive the haiku in an anonymous form. 

In addition, your full name and EUI status may be published together with the haiku in accordance with the above-mentioned terms. To this end, please indicate your preference by ticking the 'I consent or the I do not consent to the publication by the EUI of my full name and EUI status together with my haiku both online and in print' box in the submission form.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of the EUI’s haiku competition at any time by contacting Dr. Mathias Neukirchen, acting as data controller, at Academic Service.

Your personal data will be processed in full compliance with the EUI's Data Protection Policy.
