The normative commitment to religious pluralism in democratic and liberal societies is a relatively recent achievement. This workshop brings together scholars from different disciplinary backgrounds, including sociology, philosophy, political science and law, in order to discuss the sources of pluralism, social realities and political problems related to religious pluralism, and the limits and justifications of limits of religious pluralism.
