Chinaʼs Rise and Europeʼs Response
This workshop brings together a group of both young and established scholars to examine how the EU and European countries have responded to Chinaʼs economic, political, and military rise over the past two decades. Speakers will explore policy areas in which there has been a convergence of perspectives and policies between the EU and China, and issues on which there continues to be disagreement and discord. Individual panels will be devoted to exploring the security, economic, political and ideological dimensions of EU-China relations.
