At this two-day conference the preliminary results of the ITN network TRANSMIC (Transnational Migration, Citizenship and the Circulation of Rights and Responsibilities) have been presented to a broad audience. The conference has offered ample opportunities for discussion of these results, and has also included keynote speakers both from within and outside of the TRANSMIC network.

Transnational Migration, Citizenship and the Circulation of Rights and Responsibilities (TRANSMIC) is a project funded under the FP7-PEOPLE-2013-ITN call and is part of the Marie Curie Actions — Initial Training Networks funding scheme (Project number – 608417).
