The High-Level Policy Dialogue, co-organised by the School of Transnational Governance at the European University Institute (EUI) and Globernance (The Institute for Democratic Governance), aims to foster a process of deliberation by bringing together intellectuals, policy-makers and private actors from diverse areas regarding the Catalan case. To contribute to this discussion, the High-Level Policy Dialogue will also seek to draw from previous experiences in similar cases, by engaging relevant European and global actors in the discussion. The Dialogue focusses on procedural elements, rather than a review of past events.
