Executive Committe Meeting (written procedure)
- EXCLUSIVELY FOR EC MEMBERS - The Executive Committee meets to deal with the day-to-day management of the Institute. It prepares decision-making documents for the Academic Council, and is part of the decision-making process which leads to High Council decisions. A number of tasks are delegated to the Executive Committee by the Academic Council, for example: - approval of the composition of examining boards - nomination of research assistants and postdoctoral fellows - nomination of visiting professors and part-time professors The Executive Committee is composed of: President (Chair), Secretary General (without a vote), four Heads of departments, Director of the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, Director of the Max Weber Programme, Dean of Studies, one representative of the researchers, Head of Financial Service as Adviser. The secretariat is provided by the Director of Academic Service.
