In the aftermath of COVID-19, Europe is expected to face an un-precedent economic crisis. In particular, the social self-isolation caused by COVID-19 challenges the traditional ways whereby goods and services are distributed. From this perspective, COVID-19 is likely to accelerate the digital transformation that Europe was already facing before the coronavirus crisis. The aim of this webinar is to discuss new ‘digital’ business models introduced by a number of firms to adapt to new challenges generated by COVID-19.
