Economic History Working Group - Reading Karl Marx: The Capital
After having so far discussed the capital and the labour force in abstract terms only, next Thursday we aim to consider the labour process in greater detail. In particular we will deal with Marx's conception of productive labour, and its valorization process. Furthermore we will think about where the renowned ‘Surplus-Value’ remains in the capitalist world.
