This event is an ideal opportunity for a critical assessment and discussion of the latest case law.

The FSR Energy Union Law Area continues its annual tradition of providing regular updates of key cases impacting the energy sector, handed down by the European Courts in the last 6 months.

Several important issues have been raised via the Courts in recent months and several further important rulings are expected.
