Faycal is an experienced professional in public finance, area of taxation. He has several years of work experience at the Ministry of Finance of Algeria as a Senior Tax Inspector and Tax and Accounting Auditor.Faycal has a rich academic background. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, a Master degree in Public Finance and a university diploma in European Integration. In 2015, he graduated from the College of Europe, Natolin Campus where he completed his Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies.At the international level, he took part in the reform project of the indirect tax regime in Algeria led by an international work group in the framework of EU-Algeria Association Agreement. Faycal accounts many participations in seminars, training and workshops within International and Regional Organisations, relating to fiscal sustainability, tax policy, european and international affairs.As a Policy Leader Fellow at the School of Transnational Governance, EUI, his field of research is focused on the international tax system and the issues relating to the taxation of cross-border profits in highly globalised and digitalised world economy.
