Nduta is an Energy advisor at the Ministry of Water, Irrigation & Energy, State Department of Energy (Ethiopia).She is qualified to practice in Kenya (2012 call) with a decade of post-qualification experience working in the public sector (government) in the areas of energy and extractives policy, legal and regulatory formulation, implementation and management, and climate change through the lens of Sub-Saharan Africa development.She is the holder of a post-graduate LLM in Energy Law and Policy from CEPMLP, University of Dundee (UK) and is a featured author in several international publications.
