Samuel has over five years of working experience in international climate policy. His main areas of interest include cross-national governance, political economy, international negotiations, and low carbon development.Samuel has worked with the Institute for Environmental Economics and World Trade (IUW-Germany), International Centre for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT-Colombia), and the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) on climate policy. Samuel contributes as a technical expert for the UNFCCC and a member of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) on the Livestock Environmental Impact Assessment Programme (LEAP) for the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO).Currently, Samuel is exploring cross-national political and climate change mitigation policies that can enhance the transition of low carbon development strategies in Africa. He aspires to be a low-carbon development expert to help drive change in the continent of Africa
