The European University Institute (EUI) is based in San Domenico, just outside the historic town of Fiesole, set in the scenic Tuscan hills with panoramic views over Florence. Alongside its main campus, the EUI also maintains a presence in the heart of Florence at Palazzo Buontalenti, located near San Marco square.
The 50th anniversary celebrations will be held across several key venues, including the Badia Fiesolana, Palazzo Buontalenti, and Villa Salviati, with the opening ceremony taking place at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino theatre.
