Working Groups

The Centre hosts interdepartmental Working Groups, which facilitate recurrent discussions on shared research interests.

You can join existing working groups or create a new group  as a forum to discuss your research with the wider EUI community.

Robert Schuman Centre Seminar Series

The Robert Schuman Centre Seminars bring together professors, scholars and fellows from within the Centre to discuss work-in-progress and to participate in debates on topical issues. 

In the first part of the academic year, seminars offer you the opportunity to present your research project and receive feedback from a broad multidisciplinary audience.

During the second half of the year, presentations and debates with internal and external speakers are organised on a variety of topics.

When: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month

EUI Library and Research Repository

The EUI Library offers access to extensive multi-lingual collections, both online (more than 14,400 full-text electronic resources and over 420,000 e-books) and on paper (over half-a-million volumes and more than 2,200 printed journals).

Under the Open Access principle, Cadmus, the EUI’s Research Repository includes publications based on research carried out at the Centre. The repository is searchable online and harvested by several European and international networks and portals. 

Historical Archives of the European Union

The Historical Archives of the European Union, administered by the EUI, are a valuable resource for scholars interested in European integration. The Historical Archives conserve and make available:

• documents produced by the European Institutions
• private archives deposited by individuals, associations or organisations involved in the  European integration process
• a substantial collection of oral sources on the history of integration and acquired microfilmed copies of documents held in other archival institutions which illustrate the various Community treaties or enlargement negotiations.

EUI Language Centre

During your fellowship you can access a range of courses and services such as language training in oral and written academic communication skills and the English Correction Service.
