The situation at the EUI

At the height of the COVID-19 crisis in Italy, the EUI's academic activities on campus were suspended. A wide range of EUI academic activities continued remotely.

Since 5th May 2020, the EUI has been gradually reopening its premises in line with the evolution of the outbreak in Italy.

Measures by the Italian Government

The Italian Ministry of Health (in Italian) and the Italian Protezione Civile (in English and Italian) provide daily updates about new cases and instructions the public needs to follow.

The Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 helpline is available at 15.00.

For more general, non-emergency information and support, an additional toll-free helpline from the Tuscan Regional Health Service is available at 055.4385851, Monday-Friday from 9:00-13:00.EUI Health, Safety and Security is available to provide support to any EUI member or visitor who needs assistance.
