Our mission

The School of Transnational Governance was established in 2017 as part of the European University Institute in Florence. In the cradle of the Renaissance, we teach, train and learn by providing a platform where transnational policy actors across politics, business, civil society, media and academia meet.

Financing sustainable energy tops agenda of EUI event and training in Ghana

Our commitment against disinformation

The STG contributes to the fight against disinformation as coordinator of the European Digital Media Observatory (EDMO) and the European Media and Information Fund (EMIF).

  • EDMO brings together fact-checkers, scholars, media, online platforms and media literacy practitioners to tackle disinformation.
