Last academic year was challenging but rewarding. We said goodbye to our inaugural master's graduates and welcomed our first African fellows. We strengthened existing research and training programmes, and started new adventures on global health and AI & democracy.

The School of Transnational Governance was established in 2017 as part of the European University Institute in Florence. In the cradle of the Renaissance, we teach, train and learn by providing a platform where transnational policy actors across politics, business, civil society, media and academia meet.
