Once you have decided for the model of the phone and plan (for Academic staff only) and informed Telephone Support accordingly, the timeline will be as follows:

• (for all staff members) New EUI phone number: approx. 2 weeks (10 working days)
• (for Academic staff) Transfer of existing EUI number from old to new operator: approx. 3 weeks (15 working days) from when you placed the order
• (for Administrative staff) Transfer of existing EUI number from old to new operator: approx. 2 weeks (10 working days) from the day you are informed by Telephone Support of the transfer
