How does roaming work?
Answer:

International (Voice and Data) Roaming will work only if the below conditions are met:

  • you have an active roaming Voice and Data Plan (check if eligible);
  • (for data roaming) the APN is correctly set;
  • your service mobile is configured as to allow for roaming;
  • the country you are visiting is covered by your roaming plan;
  • a partnership between TIM and a local provider exists;
  • the area you are visiting is covered by sufficient signal: GSM for voice and GPRS, UMTS or HDSPA for data (depending on the available partership with the local provider)
