Courses from April May 2021
Language and academic skills courses begin again in the week of 12 April 2021.
Most courses run for six weeks, but to see the exact length, check the course description. To enrol, click the ‘enrol now’ button you will find under the course description (either from the language you are interested in or from the Language Centre timetable).
The deadline for enrolment is 5 April.

Placement tests
You must sit a placement test for most courses if you are not a beginner, have not followed a course before now, or are coming back after some time away.
English : no placement test necessary; if you have questions, contact Nicola.Hargreaves@eui.eu

Please remember that:
If you decide to attend one of these courses, you must submit a new request to the PDM each term.
- Once your request is approved, we will confirm your place in the course
- There are considerable costs involved in setting up a course (administration, internal and external personnel costs, placement testing, etc.). You are therefore required to attend courses regularly.
- To maintain the right to follow language courses, you must attend at least 80% of the course(s) in which you are enrolled. If you fail to do so for two terms, your right to follow language courses will be suspended.
- Where there are an insufficient number of participants, courses may be cancelled.
