Researchers mention their particular concern  with this topic. Concerning transportation for persons with disability, REFS confirms that they are aware of the problem, and that for the moment they can only be reactive on a personal basis and compensate lacking infrastructure with service: if needed, they provide a solution on individual basis. Detailed floor plans of the different premises with accessible areas are available for consultation (attached to these minutes), REFS will soon publish them on the website.

Update of 09/05/2018: on request of the REFS, the disability policy has been put on the agenda of the MTM scheduled for 17/5/2018, eventually proposing the creation of a dedicated working group. Accessibility of the EUI Campus, with detailed floor maps, has already been published on the REFS website: http://eui.eu/accessibility

Update of 10/1/2019: all REPs express their concern for the urgent implementation of a comprehensive Disability Policy at the EUI: REFS informs that a Working Group will be soon set up and agrees on the proposal to include also a designated researcher in its composition.
