1) REPS complain about high bushes in via dei Roccettini making it difficult for people to walk up and down the road. REFS will send a notice to the Municipality, who will contact the owners of the neighboring land.

In addition to that, outside Villa Schifanoia, in Via Boccaccio (getting out from Raimondi) visibility is very reduced for pedestrians needing to cross the road: REFS will ask the municipality to install a mirror or other provisions for safety reasons.

Update of 20/3/2018: The Municipality was informed and relevant provisions were adopted concerning Via dei Roccettini. Concerning Via Boccaccio, there are still no news.

2) REPS report the presence of bushes and tree branches on several sidewalks around EUI premises, mainly in Via de’ Roccettini and along Via Bolognese towards Villa salviati. The REFS commits to bring this problem to the attention of the local municipality.

Update of 10/1/2019: A specific request for the creation of a pedestrian zebra crossing at PDM flats is put forth by REPs: the REFS will take care of reporting the issue to the Municipality of Fiesole through our Safety and Security Officer
