WP thinks about installing new valves to be regulated from 1 to 5 on radiators. The REFS asks the ECO REP to provide a priority list of rooms where new regulating valves are most needed.

Update of 15/05/2018: REFS decided to install regulating valves in ALL radiators. An overall quotation has already been provided and included in the request of additional funding for extra works planned for June 2018.

Update of 12/6/2018: The quotation for radiator valves to regulate the temperature at Villa la Fonte has been received, still waiting for available funds (requested on the special projects budget)

Update of 12/10/2018: Funds were finally allocated on the 2018 budget. Works to istall regulating valves are scheduled to start on Wednesday 17 October and will be completed by Friday 19 October.
