Both at the Badia and in Salviati there seems to be issues with the card readers, which keep failing to read cards.Once again, REFS remind all REPS about the necessity of opening tickets in the Helpdesk system, which are crucial for tracking and reporting issues.

Update of 10/9/2019: some problems are still reported concerning the badge reader of the Villa Salviati footpath and the Sanfelice gate. REFS confirms that now these technical issues should be fixed.
