REFS will analyze the current situation and eventually come up with a low-budget solution to improve the lighting.

Update of 10/9/2019: no structural solution possible. An alternative could be to install stand-alone lamps: it is agreed that the REFS provide such lamps and try then their effect directly with the REPS as soon as they are available. In respect of the Green EUI policy, REFS will provide low-consumption lamps.
