REFS remind all REPS about the importance of submitting tickets on the EUI helpdesk to notify any technical issues, otherwise they might not even be aware of them.

WP confirms that no major malfunctionings are structurally reported in the BF Seminar Rooms.

Update of 10/9/2019: REPS report some complaints about heating and air conditioning in general in Villa Salviati. It is agreed that in the next Departmental meeting REPS will try to understand if it is a general problem or just individual cases.
