Currently room booking on the Events tool is only possible for administrative staff, not for Researchers.

REPS ask that Researchers have access to the tool at least with visibility rights, if not for booking: REFS will see if it is possible and eventually implement the change.

Update of 10/9/2019: the events booking system has been completely changed, and the new tool will be implemented in October. REFS will check if visibility/accessibility rights for researchers have been considered and evaluated.
