In some countries (for example, Germany, USA, South America) it is common practice for educational establishments to provide certificates only per term or per semester.

Submit your education declaration attaching the certificate covering the beginning of the academic year. This will enable your entitlement to the education allowance to be determined.

You will then have to provide the additional certificates as soon as you receive them. By the end of the academic year the declaration must be complete and contain certificates covering the entire academic year.
