Administrative staff, full-time professors/assistant professors, retired staff, and under certain conditions part-time professors/assistant professors, research fellows, academic assistants, and academic/administrative associates are entitled to an education allowance for each dependent child who is at least five years old in regular full-time attendance at a fee-paying primary or secondary school or at an establishment of higher education.

This allowance is granted upon application and subject to an annual renewal.
