Staff members who entered in service as ex-category C before 1/1/2005 and haven’t in the meantime passed any internal competition are placed in the “Administrative Assistant in Transition” category ranging from AST1 to AST7. The assignment to a type of post shall be valid until the staff member is assigned to a new function corresponding to another type of post.

Staff members belonging to this category on 31 December 2014 and who have overpassed the limit applicable to “Administrative Assistant in Transition” shall exceptionally retain but will remain in their grade.
