Question:
I was recruited at the EUI before 1/1/2005 under the ex-category B, what is my career path after the 2015 Reform?
Answer:
Staff members who entered in service as ex-category B before 1/1/2005 and haven’t in the meantime passed any internal competition are placed in the “Assistants in Transition” category ranging from AST1 to AST9. Linear progression via normal promotion will be possible for Assistants up to grade AST9.
