I was recruited after 1/1/2005 under the AST category, what is my career path after the 2015 Reform?
Answer:
Staff members who entered in service or successfully passed an internal competition after 1/1/2005 under the AST category are placed in the "Assistant in Transition" category ranging from AST1 to AST9. Linear progression via normal promotion will be possible for Assistants in Transition up to grade AST9.
