I was recruited before 1/1/2005 under the A/LA category, what is my career path after the 2015 Reform?
Answer:
Staff members who entered in service as ex-category A/LA before 1/1/2005 are placed in the "Administrator (including Linguists)" category ranging from AD5 to AD11. Linear progression via normal promotion will be possible for Administrators up to grade AD11.
