It discusses how we can consequently prove causal relations and mechanisms. This session features a short presentation on the topic by Professor Regina Bateson, University of Ottawa. Following the presentation, the floor will then be open for a discussion and Q&A.Participants are invited to read Professor Bateson’s latest work in preparation for the class: Voting for a Killer: Efraín Ríos Montt’s Return to Politics in Democratic Guatemala.
