Both private and public sectors are still far away from being truly gender-inclusive and diversified, which raises the questions of the barriers to further diversity and possible private and policy initiatives. This event includes three presentations featuring different sectors and perspectives, including on the limited gender diversity in the management of Europe’s largest financial institutions; the rise of female leaders in international financial institutions, and whether inclusive political leadership can deliver more sustainable governance.Speakers include journalists from Reuters, EUI research fellows in history and inclusive leadership and a panel discussion led by the former FBF Director Elena Carletti. Participation on site will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis. The seminar can also be attended via Zoom. Links Detailed programme available here
