The EUI International Economic Law and Policy Working Group hosts a lecture with Professor Michael Waibel (University of Vienna).

In this lecture, Professor Waibel will discuss his ongoing work on a global, pluralist and inclusive history of international investment law and arbitration since the end of the Cold War.

Michael Waibel is Professor of international law at the University of Vienna and leading scholar in the fields of international economic law, sovereign debt and international dispute settlement and public international law more broadly.
