This event is part of the Master in Transnational Governance’s career pathways initiative: a series of information sessions to help build a comprehensive tool kit for your next steps beyond the STG.
Whether you have already started a new adventure or are still on the lookout, we want to support you in navigating the job market jungle. We are by your side as you search for the opportunity that best matches the aspirations and expectations you have for your professional future.
In the coming months, representatives from public institutions, international organisations, academia and the private sector will join us to give STG master's students and alumni a comprehensive overview of existing career opportunities.
During these information sessions, our guests will provide insights into how their organisations work, how to submit a good application, what qualifications are required and the selection process. STG Alumni will enrich the sessions by offering valuable insights drawn from their experiences in the relative sector or organisation.
The third event of the series will focus on careers within the United Nations System. Matteo Sasso, Head of the JPO Programme at the UN Secretariat, will lead the session.
In addition to providing the audience with an overview of UN career opportunities and profiles, Mr. Sasso will focus on the Junior Professional Officer Programme, one of the most important UN entry gates, aimed at providing young professionals with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of multilateral international cooperation through a learning experience under the supervision of specialists. Other important elements will be explored during the session, and we foresee a dedicated time for questions and discussion with the audience.
Invited participants will receive a separate registration link.
