The purpose of this event is to try to understand the goals and priorities that Ukraine, Russia, and the EU and NATO countries set for themselves, considering the possibility of negotiations, and the feasibility of achieving these goals. At the same time, it is important to take into account the position of other world actors who show interest in the consequences of the end of the Russian war. Under which circumstances will the conflict parties, and other key actors, be truthful to an eventual truce, and how can any negotiated outcome be legitimised, and built into a global peace architecture? This round table discussion is upon invitation only and will be held under Chatham House rules.
