EU accession and the protection of minorities in Ukraine

This workshop will explore the challenges Ukraine faces in meeting EU standards for minority protection, and will discuss proposed solutions for achieving policy relevance.

This workshop is convened to present to experts and involved stakeholders an initial joint assessment of the challenges Ukraine faces in adhering to the standards for the protection of minorities, as required in the context of its accession negotiations with the EU. Alongside this analysis, the workshop will also offer proposed solutions, aiming to achieve substantive policy relevance.
