The event aims to celebrate and reflect on the significant progress and objectives achieved by the association, in collaboration with its members and numerous stakeholders, over the past decade.

The 31st General Assembly of WAREG marks the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the association representing European water sector regulators. This significant occasion will see the participation of 34 regulatory authorities from twenty-one EU countries, seven EU candidate countries, one EU Potential Candidate country, one EU Partner country and the United Kingdom.

The Assembly will outline the guidelines for continuing WAREG's activities in the coming years, so as to promote the role of economic regulation to guarantee sustainability and resilience of the water sector.
