Join this training for applicants in the humanities and social science from Widening Europe region applying for the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) in September 2024.

The 'Southeastern Europe: Transitions, Prospects, Crossroads’ research area of the Global Governance Programme, in collaboration with the EUI’s Widening Europe Programme, hosts an online training for applicants in the humanities and social science from the Widening Europe countries who intend to participate in the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) in September 2024. In particular, the training is addressed to researchers in the areas of history, political science, sociology, legal studies, and economics.

This initiative is a part of the EUI’s interest in building capacities of researchers from Wider Europe to be competitive in international funding bids, and a specific objective of GGP Southeastern Europe of internationalising early career scholars from this region.

The training will consist of two 90-minute sessions. The first one is dedicated to the scientific parts of the application and researcher profile, while the second is devoted to the formal aspects of the process and evaluation criteria. The training is complementary to the work of the National Contact Points (NCPs) for the MSCA, who can provide detailed information on the different MSCA actions and the application process for each of them.

The training does not provide individual feedback on applications.

You will receive the Zoom link upon registration.

The EUI Widening Europe Programme initiative, backed by contributions from the European Union and EUI Contracting States, is designed to strengthen internationalisation, competitiveness, and quality in research in Widening countries, and thus foster a more cohesive European Higher Education and Research area.
