Join Dana Allin for a discussion on how to write for and publish in policy journals.

Survival, the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS)’ bi-monthly journal, is one of the world’s leading forums for analysis and debate of international and strategic affairs. Shaped by its editors to be both timely and forward thinking, the journal encourages writers to challenge conventional wisdom and bring fresh, often controversial, perspectives to bear on the strategic issues of the moment. It also promotes lively, critical debate on issues of international politics and strategy.

In this event, Professor Dana H. Allin, editor of Survival, will host a discussion on how to write for and publish in policy journals. Senior fellow for Transatlantic Affairs at the IISS, former deputy director at the Aspen Institute Berlin and author of multiple books, Allin also has experience as a journalist covering Maryland state government and European financial markets.
