This event organised by the Human and Fundamental Rights Working Group hosts a book presentation by Ingrid Landau (Monash University).

Dr. Ingrid Landau will present on her book Human Rights Due Diligence and Labour Governance, recently published by Oxford University Press. Adopting socio-legal and empirical approaches, this book offers an early transnational labour law critique of the rise of HRDD in global governance. Dr Landau will conclude her presentation with some broader reflections on existing scholarship on HREDD, with a view to prompting discussion among workshop participants as to alternative and complementary research questions, approaches and trajectories.
