This workshop aims to discuss the concept of territory/territoriality in wider Eurasia considered not only as a geographical, continental delimitation but also as a space of legal, political, and civilisational belonging. In doing so, the workshop will assess from a multidisciplinary perspective the law and politics of territory/territoriality in Eurasian geopolitical space. Through the example of diverse case studies, the participants will reflect on the existing and nascent legal and geopolitical practices related to territory/territoriality and their impact at regional and global levels.
