The authors start from the premise that the widespread ideological mistrust towards technologies is based on limited knowledge about the functioning and realistic prospects of using AI in legal decision-making processes.Without minimising the significant ethical and legal challenges that AI poses to justice systems, this event brings together legal scholars and (former) judges to explore practical examples and real-world experiences. The discussion will offer a critical yet constructive perspective on how AI could shape the future of legal decision-making. Attachments Decision_Making_with_AI_Book_Launch_Programme.pdf Partners
