Join Lotta Svantesson, Open Science Office Coordinator, and Nuria Raga Raga, Open Science Librarian, for an information session on the Open Science services available at the EUI. This event will also mark the launch of an exhibition exploring the debate around control over the creation and dissemination of knowledge, and challenging the dominant commercial models of academic publishing.

In view of the international open access week held in October every year, and for the 15th time at the EUI, Library Open Science office staff will offer an information session on their services.

The presentation will introduce key services, including the Library’s Transformative Agreements, Open Access publishing opportunities for the Robert Schuman Centre, Cadmus, ORCID, and licensing options. The same day also marks the opening of the walking exhibition "Who Owns Our Knowledge? Exploring Open Access through Voices of Change at Villa Schifanoia.

Open Access Week is an opportunity for the academic and research community to continue to learn about the potential benefits of Open Access, to share what they’ve learned with colleagues, and to help inspire wider participation in helping to make Open Access a new norm in scholarship and research.
